Products are covered by Swiss rules relating to defects in the item sold (art. 197 et seq. CO). For consumer sales of new products, the limitation period for defect claims is two years from delivery. Any commercial warranties offered by the manufacturer are in addition to these legal rights and do not replace them.

In case of a defect

• Contact us via our contact page with your order number.
• Describe the observed defect as precisely as possible.
• We will guide you to the applicable procedure (repair, exchange, or refund depending on the case).
