What does this table mean? Why this product?
The Naviter Omni is a compact flight instrument for paragliding and free flight, designed for cross-country flying and hike & fly. It runs on Android with the SeeYou Navigator app (updates included) and displays high-resolution worldwide maps, Swiss DABS airspaces updated daily with 3D alerts, obstacles, thermal assistant and competition tasks. Its built-in Fanet+ radio transmits and receives in FANET and FLARM, making it visible to gliders and general aviation equipped with FLARM. From October 2026, a free update to the Fanet+ module (version 1.4.2) will enable ADS-L transmission: the Omni will broadcast its position in ADS-L, while ADS-L reception is not yet active. Connected via Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and 4G/LTE (SIM card included), it displays live wind and weather, rain radar and the OGN network, and uploads flights to online competitions. 3.5" 800×480 screen at 1000 nits, 6000 mAh battery for 11 h+ at full brightness, 222 g. Eligible for federal support (FOCA) for electronic visibility: approximately CHF 72.- per device, via the approved application of the Swiss importer High Adventure (and not via variosubvention.ch) — the device is shipped with a QR code and an explanatory letter for the process. Only one subsidy per pilot (FLARM and ADS-L combined), reserved for pilots domiciled in Switzerland holding an SHV/FSVL license; devices purchased abroad are excluded.
